Local Rules for Criminal Cases
This list does not include standing orders regarding bulk-2255 projects, motions for sentencing relief under 18 U.S.C. ยง 3582(c)(2) or clemency petitions.
Local Rules for Criminal Cases (D. Md.) begins on page 36. The filing requirements, including page limits, and rules for motions practice set forth in Chapter I of the Local Rules pertaining to Civil Cases apply to criminal cases.
Regarding pre-trial detention out of state
Ordering that no one can provide defendants or former defendants with the sealed supplement to their plea agreement for their private review and/or retention.
